More and More Interviews...

Right now we are waiting at the edge of our seat, biting our nails, waiting for the word on PNWU. Pacific North West University was the last interview Alex had, which was in Washington, and we actually like it alot there. We like to have options, even if we are not really thinking of going somewhere, we want to have an acceptance just to keep our options open. But not only that, we found that we really like the program out there, it is a new school with all the new equipment and technology, it's a good area, and it's somewhat close to home.

We really weren't too impressed when we first arrived in Yakima because it's not very green unless you get near the coast. But we stuck it out and after the interview we were pleasantly surprised and made a few quick friends that interviewed the same day. Alex still has two more interviews however. One in Des Moines, Iowa and one in Kirksville, Missouri. We have heard some really good things about both of them, but at this point I think we are choosing between Washington, Kentucky, and Iowa. If we don't get into the UofU of course.

So we wait and wait, and pray that we will be able to make a good decision together that will make us happy. I am sure that wherever we go, we will find friends and have good experiences, but there are so many things to take into account when choosing a good school.

Meanwhile, Kyle has been a sweetheart on all our trips of hours and hours of driving. We try to take rest stops when we can to feed him and let him stretch his legs, but while driving Kyle keeps busy by snacking...

Snacking on bugs...
Licorice...
Fingers...

and Apples. Kyle will put just about anything in his mouth. No wait... he will put ANYTHING in his mouth, so we try to keep good things in his mouth that taste good to suck on. No teeth yet, so he has a lot of fun gumming and drooling all over whatever you give him. :)
